It is not also 100 percent safe because they can stole your content also. Their server speed is very poor and they put some files in your server named do not delete this file in these types of files they put advertising content so they can advertise on your website and earn money. When there is traffic on your website they stop their service for example i have an blog in free hosting when their was huge number of people visiting they stop my server and my website get's stopped. And they send me email that your website will be reactive after 24 hours. That is why i hate free hosting. I would like to suggest you don't use free hosting if you are serious about your website. I would like to tell you that amazon aws provide you free hosting for 12 months It is good option if you do not have money to spend and also they will give you fast server speed but the problem is that you have to manually install WordPress and do some settings or you can also buy paid hosting it starts only $2 per month. In case you want to learn how to make a website/blog then you can use free hosting for learning purposes. If you want to learn wordpress then you can use free hosting.
